Momentum VA is more than just a Team of Virtual Assistants, Bookkeepers and Accountants. We are a merger of the three, which enables us to provide an easy to use, one-stop service to our clients, that doesn't stop at keeping records up to date and filing tax returns. Through working in cooperation with the different teams and our resident Accountant, K-VS Solutions, you can rest assured that your operations and finances are taken care of.
How much does it cost to outsource?
For new customers we tend to recommend the flexible hourly rate for our Virtual Assistant and Bookkeeping Services. This is to ensure that you never pay more than you need to as we get used to your workload. It is often difficult to accurately predict how much time it will take to complete each task, until we get stuck into it.
However, even though we advertise hourly rates, we actually work by the minute. At the end of each month or after a one-off project has been completed, you will receive one simple invoice detailing the time we have spent working for you.
Once we have been with you for a while you might prefer to graduate to a monthly package, so you always know what your monthly outgoings will be. This approach will also work for new customers who are on a tight budget and want to know exactly how much it's going to cost them each month.
Having said that, we do encourage you to tell us what your budget is and we will let you know when we get close to the time limit. When it comes to one-off projects we will let you know how far we have got after an initial 1 or 2 hour session and you can then decide whether you'd like us to continue doing the work.
